The company’s roots were providing chemical distribution and environmental services to the metal finishing, printed circuit board, and industrial sectors in Southern California.
From the start, Miles built the company on the vision that “people do business with people.” He reinforces this philosophy today through personal touches like having visitors personally greeted when arriving to a facility, dedicated customer service representatives who build relationships by name, and hands-on field support—including from Miles himself.
A frequent saying of his—“without you, I am nothing”—reflects the company's commitment to 24/7/365 availability and ongoing investments in warehouse/blending facilities, trucks/tankers, and skilled personnel across administration, operations, technical support, and field representation.
