Todd Luciano is the new Executive Director of the Powder Coating Institute.
Luciano joins PCI with nearly 30 years of experience at Gardner Business Media, where he most recently served as Brand Vice President and Publisher of Products Finishing magazine. During his tenure, he led teams, developed marketing strategies, strengthened relationships with associations, and helped shape company-wide media and sales initiatives.
“My career at Gardner Business Media—from media sales to Associate Publisher and then Brand Vice President of Products Finishing—has given me a broad perspective on the surface finishing community,” Luciano says. “I feel confident that the past 30 years have uniquely prepared me to take on the Executive Director role at the Powder Coating Institute.
Luciano says his goal is to support members, advance powder coating technology, and position PCI as the global authority on powder coating.
“I’m confident we will not only achieve these goals, but exceed them,” he says. “I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the new PCI and look forward to everything ahead.”
Kevin Coursin retired as Executive Director this year.
