UniMetal Surface Finishing has acquired FJC Services, a provider in the industrial cleaning sector.

George LaCapra Jr., President of UniMetal Surface Finishing, says that acquiring FJC Services strengthens the company’s core offerings by integrating automation and advanced drying technology. The transition process is already underway, and both companies say they are committed to ensuring a smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers.  The FJC facility will be closed, and the equipment and work will be moved into UniMetal’s Thomaston, CT, location while retaining the four employees of FJC.
