QPC Finishing Group, a provider of architectural powder coating services, opened its new turnkey facility, QPC Georgia, in Conyers, strategically located to serve customers across the Southeast.
The company says this expansion builds on its success at its Dallas, Texas headquarters and reinforces its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
“Our new Georgia facility represents a major step forward in expanding capacity while reducing environmental impact,” said George Lebus, CEO. “This facility was purpose-built with cutting-edge technology to increase throughput, improve energy efficiency, and minimize water consumption—all without compromising the quality our customers trust.”
The new QPC Georgia plant is equipped with two high-performance conveyor coating lines designed for both volume production and specialty jobs, while integrating energy- and water-saving technologies:
- 5 Stage Aluminum Line Size Capacity: 60” tall × 24” wide × 300” long.. Incorporates a 5-stage pre-treatment system with multiple RO rinses, optimizing material performance while lowering waste. Enhanced with infrared (IR) boost technology, this line brings parts up to temperature faster, cutting overall energy consumption and significantly improving throughput.
- 3 Stage Aluminum and Steel Line Size Capacity: 48” tall × 24” wide × 144” long. Features a streamlined 3-stage pre-treatment process to ensure high-quality finishes while reducing chemical and water usage.
In addition to its advanced conveyor coating systems, QPC Georgia also offers decorative sublimation services. As one of the nation’s most experienced decorative sublimators, QPC says it is proud to duplicate this capability in its new facility.
Decorative sublimation enables durable, high-quality finishes that replicate the look of natural materials or custom designs, giving customers unmatched flexibility in both appearance and performance.
By combining RO water treatment, advanced curing technology, and chemical-efficient pretreatment systems, QPC Georgia was designed with sustainability at its core. These innovations help reduce water usage, improve energy savings, and support cleaner, safer operations—benefits that extend to both customers and the surrounding community.
With operations now in both Texas and Georgia, QPC Finishing Group says it is positioned to deliver powder coating solutions more efficiently across the Southern U.S. This expansion underscores the company’s focus on growth through responsible innovation and long-term customer value.
