Titan Abrasive Systems, a designer and manufacturer of surface preparation, surface finishing, and abrasive blasting equipment, has moved to a new facility in Ivyland, Pennsylvania, offering twice the previous plant's square footage.
Brandon AckerThe move was necessitated by the company’s consistent growth, evidenced by Titan’s average Year-over-year (YOY) growth rate of 38% from 2020 to 2024. This growth resulted in a need for increased manufacturing space and accommodated the new equipment Titan intends to purchase. Besides providing room for additional machinery, the new plant will help optimize workflow while providing roomier and more professional meeting spaces and offices for team members. With these enhancements, Titan is now better positioned to handle the growing needs of its expanding customer base.
President of Titan Abrasive Systems, Brandon Acker, said the timing was right for such a significant move.
“This relocation is a testament to the outstanding growth we’ve experienced,” he says. “With the new customers we’ve added over the last few years and increased volume from current customers, this was a perfect opportunity to get into a larger and more modern facility. Ultimately, this move means we can handle the increased workload without sacrificing delivery time or quality.”
