Kevin Stein Joins Hubbard-Hall as Director of Sales and Business Development

Hubbard-Hall has named Kevin Stein as Director of Sales and Business Development.

The company states that Stein’s hiring reinforces its focus on strategic growth, innovation, and customer-first partnerships. Stein steps into the role with more than two decades of experience leading commercial teams across the manufacturing sector, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Winchester Interconnect.

Stein’s career also includes senior positions at Hanna Instruments, ASSA ABLOY, and Legrand, all long-time Hubbard-Hall customers, which gives Stein a unique advantage in that he understands the expectations of manufacturers and how to build meaningful, results-driven supplier relationships.

“What drew me to Hubbard-Hall is the opportunity to join a company that leads its industry, not just in chemistry but in how it collaborates with customers to solve tough problems,” Stein says. “I look forward to working closely with our customers to understand their operations, anticipate their needs, and support them in becoming even better manufacturers.”

In his new role, Stein will lead the Northeast sales team, focusing on strengthening partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and aligning commercial strategy with Hubbard-Hall’s technical expertise in surface cleaning, metal finishing, and wastewater treatment.

Stein succeeds Jeff Davis, who will retire at the end of October after 42 years with Hubbard-Hall.

“After 42 years, the decision to retire wasn’t easy — and it was important to me, and to the company, that we found the right person to lead this next chapter,” Davis says. “Kevin brings deep experience, fresh perspective, and a customer-first mindset that aligns with who we are. I know he will honor the strong foundation we’ve built while helping drive the next phase of progress for our customers.”

Stein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
