Maas Brothers Powder Coating, an independently owned powder coater in Northern California, has named Everardo Sagarnaga as Vice President of Operations.
This leadership addition comes at a pivotal time, as Maas Brothers expands its finishing services to include both industrial powder coating and digital coatings.
Sagarnaga brings over 20 years of experience leading operations in complex manufacturing environments, serving the aerospace, electronics, and food equipment sectors, including leadership roles at Safran, Arctic Industries, and ABC Assembly. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Sagarnaga is known for aligning operational excellence with a strong, people-first leadership style – a natural fit with Maas Brothers.
